We will make einkorn holiday cookies from scratch by:

-Making fresh organic pastured raised butter by hand.

-Stone milling organic einkorn wheat berries to make flour.

-Making icing with organic natural dyes made from plants, spices and flowers grown locally and at the herbal garden.

-Decorating cookies, eating some during class and taking your creations home.

-We will be using organic maple sugar as our sweetener.

-Making vanilla bean extract to take home.

Children are welcome accompanied by an adult. Class ticket is for one adult plus a child.

The class will take place at Mother Earth Miami (Katia’s) Micro Home Bakery & Herbal Garden in Miami Shores, Fl. You may park on the driveway or in front of the house.

We will have an Herbal plant walk to gather herbs and flowers.

You may bring your own preferred drink, outdoor weather clothes, apron and comfortable standing shoes. We will be using our bare hands a lot.

Class will start on time due to the long labor of making cookies with love and care.

After registration: you will be invited to a what’s app chat group called ‘einkorn holiday cookie class.’ In that group chat you will receive additional information about the class.

Cancellation policy: For a full refund you may cancel 7 days before class. The class materials are prepared one week prior to the class date, so no refunds will be made after that period of time. If you miss the class and don’t cancel a week before but you wish to take the class, you may take the next class date at 50% off.
