We will make holiday herbal marshmallows from scratch on a Friday afternoon. You will take from the class:

-Learn about the marshmallow plant. Yes! its a beautiful plant :)

-Make marshmallows using local raw honey, marshmallow root from the garden, pastured raised gelatin, holiday themed herbs and spices grown locally and in the garden.

-Enjoy marshmallows during class on a hot cacao and/or a potent turmeric (grown in the garden) latte drink by the open fire.

-You will take fluffy marshmallows home.

Children are welcome accompanied by an adult. Class ticket is for one adult plus a child.

The class will take place at Mother Earth Miami (Katia’s) Micro Home Bakery & Herbal Garden in Miami Shores, Fl. You may park on the driveway or in front of the house.

We will have an Herbal plant walk to gather herbs and flowers.

You may bring your own preferred drink, outdoor weather clothes, apron and comfortable standing shoes. We will be using our bare hands a lot.

Class will start on time due to the long labor of making marshmallows with love and care.

After registration: you will be invited to a what’s app chat group called ‘holiday herbal marshmallow class.’ In that group chat you will receive additional information about the class.

Cancellation policy: For a full refund you may cancel 7 days before class. The class materials are prepared one week prior to the class date, so no refunds will be made after that period of time. If you miss the class and don’t cancel a week before but you wish to take the class, you may take the next class date at 50% off.
