The class has 3 pricing options, you will pay this amount if:
$100 : ‘At the moment I am not able to afford my basic needs’
$150: ‘I can afford my basic needs.’
$175: ‘I am financially stable.’

What you will learn and take from the class:
-Learn how to make a traditional slow fermented loaf of sourdough bread from start to finish.
-You will take home a sourdough mother in a mason jar with some flour to feed her. You will also learn how take care of her.
-We will have sourdough bread with organic veggies and herbs for lunch.
-You will make your own sourdough bread in class, that you will then finish by baking it at home the following day. I recommend getting a round dutch oven or cast-iron casserole dish that can fir a 9-inch loaf to bake the bread at home if you don’t have one.
-Recipe booklet with tips and resources where to purchase baking ingredients and more.
-You will take home a blade, round 9-inch basket for rising, cotton towel, lame and scraper.
The class will take place outdoors at Earth N’ Us Farm 7630 NE 1st Ave, Miami, Fl 33138. You can park for free around the neighborhood or in front of the farm.
Adult duos are welcomed in this class: Parents/Grandparents or Couples. All children are welcome accompanied by an adult. Duos will share all the equipment/ingredients for 1 recipe/batch per ticket.
Bring your own preferred drink, outdoor weather clothes, apron and comfortable standing shoes.
Class will start on time due to the long labor of making sourdough bread with love and care.
