The class has 3 pricing options, you will pay this amount if:
$175: ‘At the moment I am not able to afford my basic needs’
$200: ‘I can afford my basic needs.’
$225: ‘I am financially stable.’

What you will learn and take from the class:
-Learn how to make a traditional slow fermented loaf of sourdough bread from start to finish.
-You will learn the history of wheat, how to mill your own wheat and different scoring techniques.
-You will take home a sourdough mother in a mason jar with some flour to feed her. You will also learn how take care of her.
-We will have freshly baked sourdough bread with organic vegetables and herbs grown at the farm for lunch.
-You will make your own sourdough bread in class, that you will then finish by baking it at home 3-36 hours after class. You will need to purchase a round dutch oven or cast-iron casserole dish that can fit a 9-inch loaf to bake the bread at home if you don’t have one. Also, you will need to have at home: home oven that can reach 500 F, oven mits & a bread knife. There are other ingredients and tools that I recommend purchasing in order to make sourdough bread at home. You will receive a list with resources and suggestions.
-Recipe booklet.
-You will take home a round 9-inch basket for rising, cotton towel, plastic bag, razor and scraper.
-Ongoing support during your baking journey through a what’s app class chat group.
The class will take place outdoors at Earth N’ Us Farm 7630 NE 1st Ave, Miami, Fl 33138. You can park for free around the neighborhood or in front of the farm.
All children are welcome accompanied by an adult.
Bring your own preferred drink, outdoor weather clothes, apron and comfortable standing shoes.
Class will start on time due to the long labor of making sourdough bread with love and care.
After registration: you will be invited to a what’s app chat group called ‘sourdough basics class.’ In that group chat you will receive additional information about the class.
Cancellation policy: For a full refund you may cancel 7 days before class. The class materials are prepared one week prior to the class date, so no refunds will be made after that period of time.
